What you'll do

  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 operations support for Citrix technologies and Microsoft M365 Azure Virtual Desktops.
  • Perform remote administration of servers located in offsite data centers across multiple geographic locations.
  • Monitor infrastructure to identify system anomalies regarding storage, network connectivity, and database health.
  • Conduct network latency analysis to resolve slow connections and improve user experience.
  • Implement version updates, architectural changes, and major system upgrades for existing environments.
  • Perform periodic backups, restorations, and monitor license and certificate statuses for all systems.
  • Develop solutions for technical issues and provide root cause analysis reports for process improvement.
  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for 24/7 IT Operations Center personnel.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph (or TS/SCI with willingness to obtain and maintain a poly).
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must meet DoDM 8140.03 (formerly DoD 8570) IT System Admin Intermediate certification requirements, such as Security+ CE or higher.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience, Master's with 6 years, Associate's with 10 years, or High School Diploma with 12 years.
  • Extensive knowledge of Citrix technologies including XenDesktop, XenApp, NetScaler, and StoreFront is required.
  • Experience managing Microsoft M365 Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD) is required.
  • Experience with scripting, automation, and IT Service Management software like ServiceNow is required.
  • US Citizenship is required.
