What you'll do

  • Analyze data from monitoring systems to prevent asset failures and optimize performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on a global fleet of turbomachinery equipment.
  • Serve as primary customer contact for resolving technical issues remotely or onsite.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation including trip root cause analyses.
  • Navigate and interpret control software and engineering documents for site-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical problems.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience on rotating machinery
  • Knowledge of gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, electric motors and generators
  • Ability to navigate and interpret control software (MarkVI/VIe, MicroNet/Plus, RX3i/RX7i, Allen-Bradley)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis
