What you'll do

Develop motion control systems for precision actuators and electric propulsion.
Create motor control algorithms using Matlab and Simulink.
Develop motor models and integrate them with SITL systems.
Integrate Simulink autocode algorithms with microcontroller C-based RTOS and applications.
Assist with component selection, board design, and product development.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience and formal training with classical control systems.
Proficiency with Matlab and Simulink for motor control algorithms and modeling.
Experience with motor control circuits, peripherals, and ARM microcontrollers.
Background in low-level firmware architecture and development in C.
Familiarity with common bus protocols such as SPI, I2C, CAN, and RS485.
Strong debugging skills using oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers.
U.S. Person status is required to access export controlled data.
