Join our Maritime group as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, where you will support the design and integration of mission-critical systems on autonomous surface vessels. You will collaborate closely with electrical, systems, and software teams to ensure effective installation and operation of sensors, weapons, communications, and C4ISR payloads in challenging marine environments. Your responsibilities include developing mechanical packaging solutions for high-performance defense hardware, creating mounting structures, vibration isolation systems, and thermal management solutions, and overseeing the development process from concept to low-rate production. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience with mechanical integration of mission-critical systems in maritime or aerospace settings, proficiency in CAD software like Siemens NX, and a background in robotics or autonomous systems design. Experience with finite element analysis, machining, sheet metal work, injection molding, composites, and additive manufacturing is also required.
