Senior Turbomachinery Controls Engineer

What you'll do

• Monitor a global fleet of rotating machinery, electrical equipment, and related auxiliaries.
• Analyze data and alerts from monitoring systems to prevent asset failures and optimize performance.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers to resolve issues and provide evaluations.
• Troubleshoot technical problems on monitored assets and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Prepare and review technical documentation including root cause analyses, anomaly notifications, and monthly reports.
• Interpret site-specific control software and engineering documents like P&IDs and wiring diagrams.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to perform root cause analysis and resolve issues.

What we're looking for

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Must have 5+ years of technical experience on rotating machinery.
• Must possess knowledge of gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, electric motors, and generators.
• Must be able to interpret control software such as MarkVI/VIe, MicroNet/Plus, RX3i/RX7i, and Allen-Bradley.
• Must be able to read engineering documents including P&IDs, instrument lists, and wiring diagrams.
• Must possess excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Must have valid work authorization in the country of employment.
