What you'll do

Manage a team of Test Automation Engineers to deliver end-to-end test solutions for customers.
Define and execute End of Line test plans for new products in collaboration with hardware, software, and firmware teams.
Design and implement next-generation test automation hardware systems for fast and repeatable testing.
Develop test procedures and automation scripts from the component level to the full system level.
Perform hands-on testing, rework, and board bring-up for PCBA and electrical system components.
Analyze test data and communicate results to design engineers to resolve product issues.
Manage the purchasing, building, integration, and commissioning of functional testers.
Provide technical mentorship and lead key contributions during formal design reviews.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
8+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience designing functional test equipment.
5+ years of experience in Schematic Capture and/or PCBA layout.
2+ years of experience using scripting languages like C, C++, C#, Python, or MATLAB for automation.
Advanced experience with communication bus protocols including USB, I2C, I2S, CSI, Ethernet, SPI, PCIe, HDMI, and CAN.
Familiarity with measurement analysis techniques such as Gage RR and Process Capability Analysis.
Experience with source code revision and control systems like GitHub.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
