What you'll do

Define End of Line test plans for new products and features in collaboration with engineering teams.
Determine test strategies to optimize product safety, reliability, risk mitigation, and production schedules.
Design and execute tests for PCBA and electrical system components including hands-on testing and rework.
Develop and implement next-generation test automation hardware systems for fast and repeatable testing.
Manage the purchasing, building, integration, and commissioning of functional testers.
Create automated test procedures ranging from individual component levels to full system levels.
Support board bring-up, bench validation, and manufacturing test yield improvements.
Provide feedback to design engineers on Design for Test (DFT) to improve product quality.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience designing functional test equipment.
2+ years of experience in Schematic Capture and/or PCBA layout.
Experience with scripting languages such as C, C++, C#, Python, or MATLAB to develop automation.
Experience with communication bus protocols including USB, I2C, I2S, CSI, Ethernet, SPI, PCIe, HDMI, CAN, and serial comms.
Familiarity with measurement analysis techniques like Gage RR and Process Capability Analysis.
Experience with source code revision and control.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
