What you'll do

  • Design and deliver an internal mobility program to optimize talent utilization and improve employee career pathing.
  • Manage the full lifecycle for the redesign and optimization of the company's career landing page.
  • Map and analyze the end-to-end candidate journey to identify and resolve friction points across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with marketing teams to translate brand strategy into compelling employer branding messaging and content.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Enablement team to align internal recruiter training with external candidate experience initiatives.
  • Define, track, and report on key metrics to measure the ROI of talent experience programs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert by researching and integrating innovative best practices for candidate and employee experience.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to export controlled information or facilities.
  • 7+ years of experience in program management within Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience focusing on candidate/employee experience and internal mobility.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills using data to drive decisions and measure program impact.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to influence diverse groups.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other TA technology platforms.
  • Experience working in a hyper growth, fast-paced, and outcomes focused environment.
  • Background in internal mobility, talent development, career pathing, referral programs, interviewer training, or UX/UI design principles (preferred).
