What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end execution and delivery of software components for Data Center CPU and Enterprise AI programs.
  • Drive cross-functional release planning with software architects, product management, and engineering teams to meet hardware milestones.
  • Report program status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership while ensuring clear communication of schedule changes.
  • Manage software-related escalations by forming tiger teams and driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Align software roadmaps for SDKs and reference stacks with AMD’s technology roadmaps for CPUs, GPUs, and AI accelerators.
  • Support strategic accounts by providing credible software roadmaps, feature commitments, and coordinating evaluation kits or proof-of-concept implementations.
  • Coordinate across hardware and software domains to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of integrated software solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience developing or driving execution of software including compilers, libraries, and tools (preferred).
  • Experience managing multi-site and multi-disciplined engineering programs (preferred).
  • Ability to lead and drive results within a highly matrixed organization without direct line authority (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using AI-driven automation tools to optimize program delivery and reporting (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of SoC architectures and common IP blocks like CPU, GPU, and AI accelerators (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills to align diverse stakeholders on complex technical decisions (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including structured risk management and data-driven decision making (preferred).
