Senior Technical Program Manager

What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent).
At least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check and meet export control requirements including proof of citizenship or protected status.
Ability to leverage AI tools for performance modeling, research gathering, task automation, and accelerating engineering workflows.
Ability to design and build AI agents following Microsoft Responsible AI requirements.
Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (preferred).
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional, multi-year deep-technology hardware programs from concept through system integration (preferred).
Experience with quantum hardware, semiconductor electronics, advanced materials, or R&D-foundry ecosystems (preferred).
