What you'll do

Integrate commercial laser sources into automated processing tools.

Drive end-to-end system optimization across multiple engineering disciplines.
Act as a laser subject-matter expert in multidisciplinary teams.
Support integration, validation, and release of new tools and upgrades.
Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of field issues related to lasers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Photonics, or related field.
7+ years experience in laser applications and system integration for automated precision manufacturing equipment.
Hands-on expertise integrating commercial laser systems into automated equipment.
Strong understanding of laser-material interaction with brittle or transparent materials.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex laser-based manufacturing systems.
Experience with advanced transparent substrates and laser-based singulation methods.
Background in new product introduction, continuous improvement, or high-volume manufacturing support.
