What you'll do

Provide primary support and troubleshooting for the Baan ERP system.
Resolve technical malfunctions and day-to-day system issues to ensure smooth operations.

Develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) by retrieving data from Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
Research, design, and test new systems and system enhancements for the site.

Consult with users on automated systems and develop cost-effective procedures.
Execute Global IT projects as needed.

What we're looking for

Requires 4-7 years of related IT work experience.
Requires at least 3 years of ERP troubleshooting experience.
SAP experience is required.
Extensive knowledge of Baan table structure is required.
Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming and Microsoft SQL Server is required.
Strong English communication skills are required.
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services application development is preferred.
