NVIDIA is seeking a Senior System Level Test Engineer to lead the design, automation, and validation of system level tests for high-volume manufacturing of complex SoCs, GPUs, and ASICs. This role involves developing test flows and scripts to ensure robust coverage and seamless communication between test controllers and peripherals while partnering with architecture, chip design, and validation teams to deliver production-ready solutions. The engineer will also oversee handler selection, enablement, and hardware integration, including PCB design and temperature control systems, and collaborate closely with OSATs on yield analysis and DPPM reduction initiatives. Ideal candidates have a MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields, 12+ years of experience in system level testing, proficiency in C#, C/C++, PERL, Python, and .NET framework, and expertise in high power SOC and high-speed I/O testing.

What you'll do
Lead the design and automation of System Level Tests for high-volume manufacturing.
Develop and integrate test flows to ensure robust coverage and communication between systems.
Partner with architecture teams to define and deliver production-ready SLT solutions.
Oversee handler selection, enablement, and hardware integration for system testing.
Improve manufacturing test quality by enhancing yield and reliability across processes.
Support silicon qualification and reliability testing at the system level.
Enhance test correlation and DPPM reduction initiatives with OSATs.
What we're looking for
MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
12+ years of systems level test, validation, and bench testing experience.
Expertise in new silicon bring-up and SLT deployment for HVM.
Proficiency in C#, C/C++, PERL, Python, .NET framework.
Experience with high power SOCs and high-speed I/O testing.
Knowledge of network topology and security provisioning.
