What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot complicated system issues and address bugs in software solutions.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of IT-relevant work experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, including workbook authoring and Java-based scripting.
  • Knowledge of demand and supply planning processes, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Ability to write clear functional requirements for system enhancements and configurations.
  • Prior experience supporting and implementing ERP systems or MRP applications like Kinaxis Maestro/ RapidResponse.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information.
