Senior System Analyst, IT Supply Chain Planning

What you'll do

• Analyze complex demand and supply planning business problems to develop technology-based solutions.
• Create functional and technical specifications for systems to meet specific business requirements.
• Deliver Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse solutions using workbook authoring, data models, and Java-based scripting.
• Troubleshoot complicated system issues and resolve bugs in internal software or vendor-delivered solutions.
• Manage solution testing and documentation while overseeing test efforts across multiple users.
• Provide operational support for daily planning processes including data collection, automation tasks, and plan runs.
• Support custom reports and assist end-users in interpreting results from demand and supply analytics.
• Work with software developers to implement custom functionality as required by the business.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of IT-relevant work experience or 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a degree.
• Experience in the support and implementation of integrated ERP systems and MRP applications like Kinaxis Maestro or Oracle Value Chain Planning.
• Proficiency in delivering Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse solutions including workbook authoring, data models, and advanced analytics.
• Programming experience with Java, Oracle PL/SQL, or JavaScript-based Kinix Maestro scripting.
• Knowledge of demand and supply planning processes such as S&OP, IBP, forecasting, and inventory optimization.
• Ability to write detailed functional requirements and technical specifications for system enhancements.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including SharePoint, Excel, and Visio.
