Senior System Analyst, IT Supply Chain Planning

What you'll do

• Analyze complex demand and supply planning business problems to develop technology-based solutions.
• Create functional and technical specifications for systems to meet specific business requirements.
• Deliver Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse solutions using workbook authoring, data models, and Java-based scripting.
• Troubleshoot complicated system issues and bugs in both internal software and vendor-delivered solutions.
• Manage solution testing and documentation while coordinating efforts across multiple users.
• Support custom reports and assist end-users in interpreting demand and supply plan analytics.
• Perform operational support for daily planning processes, including data collection, automation tasks, and plan runs.
• Work with software developers to implement custom functionality as required by the business.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must have 3 years of IT-relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of IT-relevant experience without a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in the support and implementation of integrated ERP systems or MRP applications like Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse or Oracle Value Chain Planning is preferred.
• A Level 2 or above Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse Workbook Authoring Certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in delivering Kinaxis Maestro solutions involving workbook authoring, data models, integrations, and Java-based scripting is required.
• Experience with advanced analytics such as Multi-Level Search (MLS), Automated Sourcing Intelligence (ASI), or Attribute-Based Planning (ABP) is preferred.
• Programming experience with Javascript-based Kinix Maestro scripting or languages like Java or Oracle PL/SQL is preferred.
• Knowledge of demand and supply planning processes, such as S&OP, IBP, forecasting, and inventory optimization, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
