What you'll do

Develop and execute technical software development strategies for the Platform Engineering domain.
Lead the strategy and execution of a technical roadmap to increase product delivery velocity.
Provide technical leadership and solve complex problems across the enterprise.
Ensure the quality, usability, and performance of all engineering solutions.
Mentor and coach engineers to strengthen the technical expertise of the community.
Influence and educate executive leadership on technical initiatives and outcomes.
Analyze costs and forecasts to incorporate them into business plans.
Provide on-call and operational support for production systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/experience.
6+ years of professional experience in software development, platform architecture, and infrastructure management.
4+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
3+ years of experience with architecture and design.
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or hybrid data centers.
Advanced knowledge of at least one OOP language such as Go or Python.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
Expertise in complex system design, data pipelines, web service integration (REST/SOAP), and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
