Senior Staff Dx Platform Enterprise Architect

What you'll do

• Define and evolve the architectural strategy and roadmap for the Diagnostics Platform.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, principles, and guidelines across all operating companies.
• Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance with scalability, cost efficiency, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration among technical leaders to identify common needs and leverage shared solutions.
• Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities and competitive advantage.
• Provide architectural leadership and guidance for strategic cross-operating company initiatives.
• Ensure all shared platform services are robust, scalable, and secure.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or a similar strategic technical role.
• Demonstrated experience defining and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies like TOGAF or Zachman.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, integration patterns, API management, and cybersecurity best practices.
• 5+ years of experience in a platform-level architectural role overseeing multiple product lines or operating companies (preferred).
• Experience in large multi-operating company structures, healthcare regulations, DevOps, Agile, or architectural certifications (preferred).
