Senior Staff Dx Platform Enterprise Architect

What you'll do

• Define and evolve the architectural strategy and roadmap for the Diagnostics Platform.
• Ensure platform consistency, scalability, security, and innovation across shared technologies and data assets.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, principles, and guidelines across all operating companies.
• Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and business goals.
• Facilitate collaboration between enterprise architects and technical leaders to identify common needs and mitigate risks.
• Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities and competitive advantage.
• Provide leadership and guidance for strategic cross-operating company initiatives and shared services.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or a similar strategic technical role.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in a platform-level architectural role overseeing multiple product lines or operating companies.
• Demonstrated experience defining and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, integration patterns, API management, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements like FDA and HIPAA.
