Senior Specialist, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering

What you'll do

• Provide technical support for tactical communications systems in lab, field, and customer environments.
• Perform hardware and software system integration for tactical communication solutions.
• Execute advanced feature testing, validate system behavior, and document results.
• Troubleshoot system and connectivity issues, including network diagnostics and traffic-flow verification.
• Manage and resolve customer technical issues and escalations in coordination with engineering support teams.
• Create technical documentation, lessons learned, and support or training content for internal and external users.
• Provide product feedback and field insights to support continuous improvement of capabilities and usability.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with 4 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Experience with tactical waveforms, mission command integration, and fielded communication planning applications (preferred).
• Experience with test execution, defect isolation, and feature validation in hardware/software systems (preferred).
• Ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot IP-based network architectures using tactical radio solutions (preferred).
