What you'll do

Provide Tier 3 and Tier 4 technical support to internal teams and external customers.
Identify field issues, isolate root causes, and initiate corrective actions for fielded systems.
Design and support standardized configurations for VMware, Windows, and Linux platforms within the LMR system.
Apply cybersecurity policies and perform standard operations to maintain the security posture of mission-critical communications.
Partner with product engineering teams to identify, assess, and address vulnerabilities in hardware and software.
Interface with vendor technical assistance centers to resolve complex software problems.
Support the reliability, security, and performance of mission-critical communications systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
2+ years of experience working with RF, system design, networking, configuration, and system programming.
Experience with virtualization platforms (preferred).
Experience with server administration, Windows operating systems, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux or other Linux operating systems (preferred).
Experience with networking and cyber technologies (preferred).
Security clearance.
