What you'll do

Design and implement Land Mobile Radio wireless communication systems for public safety, transportation, and utility customers.
Develop technical documentation including application descriptions, interface control documents, system design drawings, and test plans.
Provide project ownership from contract award through final design, equipment selection, installation, and system optimization.
Perform technical planning, parts ordering, system integration, and verification and validation for total systems.
Conduct cost, risk, supportability, and effectiveness analyses across all stages of the product lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges during the project execution phase.
Serve as the primary technical interface between customers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or no degree and 10 years of experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
US Citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain Sec+ certification.
Ability to travel 30% or more.
Experience in the land-mobile radio industry (preferred).
PMP certification (preferred).
Experience leading projects as the primary technical interface (preferred).
