What you'll do

  • Administer and optimize core AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Red Hat Linux systems.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Install monitoring agents and perform STIGing to harden AWS AMIs.
  • Monitor system performance and resource usage to ensure infrastructure resilience and security.
  • Design and implement technical solutions that comply with established security policies.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience, a Graduate degree with 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
  • Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph (CI Poly).
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 2 Professional Certifications such as CCNA Security or Security+ CE.
  • Experience administering and optimizing AWS core services including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
  • Experience configuring, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Red Hat Linux systems.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Experience with STIGing, hardening AWS AMIs, and implementing system monitoring agents.
  • Security clearance.
