The Specialist, Cyber Intelligence - Systems Administrator supports secure, mission-critical computing environments by administering, maintaining, and securing information systems in compliance with government security requirements. Working within the cyber intelligence domain, the individual manages system performance, applies security controls, and supports accreditation activities to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and patching Windows and Linux-based systems, performing vulnerability management, and supporting Assessment and Authorization efforts. The role requires technical proficiency with the Risk Management Framework, STIGs, ACAS, SCAP, HBSS, and VMware. Candidates must also manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management while coordinating with engineering and cybersecurity teams to resolve issues within classified environments. This position ensures all infrastructure meets rigorous DAAPM and DAAG compliance standards.

What you'll do

Administer and maintain Windows and Linux systems within secure, controlled environments.
Perform system configuration, patch management, account management, and performance monitoring.
Implement cybersecurity controls and harden systems using STIGs and security baselines.
Manage vulnerability scanning, remediation efforts, and mitigation tracking.
Support Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities and maintain compliance documentation for accredited systems.
Execute Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes to ensure continuous monitoring of security controls.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and security-related issues in a timely manner.
Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration management records.

What we're looking for

Active Secret security clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience with a Bachelor's, 2 years with a Graduate degree, or 8 years without a degree.
Experience administering Windows and/or Linux operating systems (preferred).
Familiarity with DAAG and RMF (preferred).
Experience applying security hardening practices, patching, and vulnerability remediation (preferred).
Knowledge of system administration in secure or classified environments (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
