What you'll do

Research, design, develop, and evaluate embedded computer software for electronic equipment and communications systems.
Execute all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, high-level design, and implementation.
Develop and test cryptographic subsystem software for radio and other communications products.
Translate customer requirements into software development specifications, block diagrams, and interface design specifications.
Perform functional analysis, requirements allocation, and technical interface definitions for radio subsystems.
Develop software system testing procedures and comprehensive design documentation.
Oversee configuration management for requirements, design documentation, and development software.
Present technical briefings and status reviews to internal teams and external customers.

What we're looking for

BS degree in Engineering with 6 years of real-time embedded software experience in C or C++ (4 years with MS degree).
4+ years of experience developing and testing software in C or C++.
4+ years of experience with OOA/OOD software development methodology.
4+ years of experience in the full development lifecycle for software projects.
4+ years of experience producing software development documents, such as design documents and test plans.
Active Secret U.S. DOD Security Clearance (or inactive for less than 2 years).
Experience with embedded C++/C, Agile Scrum, and DevOps-based software development is expected.
U.S. citizens.
