What you'll do

Develop embedded software for Infrared Camera product lines using C/C++ and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
Write low-level software including drivers and Board Support Packages (BSPs).
Execute all phases of the software engineering lifecycle to meet technical, schedule, and cost goals.
Perform unit, integration, and system testing activities for software components.
Generate technical documentation in support of software releases.
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees on the team.
Support bid and proposal activities by providing cost and schedule estimations.
Improve internal processes, systems, or products to impact business results.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
At least 2 years of experience using C/C++ to develop embedded software.
At least 2 years of experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
At least 2 years of experience leading an engineering team.
At least 2 years of experience writing low-level software such as drivers and Board Support Packages (BSPs).
Experience with communication protocols, Python, or hardware design knowledge (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
