What you'll do

Coordinate propulsion program tasks and manage technical progress, risk, schedule, and cost.
Implement design and analysis tasks while overseeing special studies and experiments.
Coordinate ballistic, thermal, and structural analyses to support the program.
Perform post-test examinations, analyses, and reporting for propulsion programs.
Resolve technical issues by interfacing with customers and internal functional organizations.
Provide technical consultation for business development activities including white papers and customer briefings.
Support the technical lead in preparing proposals for government customers or prime contractors.
Provide status reports and leadership during product team meetings.

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of project engineer experience are required.
A graduate degree and at least 4 years of project engineer experience are required.
At least 10 years of project engineer experience is required in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Experience with solid propellant propulsion projects (preferred).
Background in CAD, GD&T, Analysis, or Materials (preferred).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
