Senior Specialist, Integration & Test

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate test operations across multiple space vehicle programs to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Manage Enterprise Environmental Test Laboratory scheduling, resource deconfliction, and standardized test procedures.
• Plan and manage major test events including readiness reviews, facility coordination, and cross-functional staffing plans.
• Execute and oversee space vehicle testing for mass properties, vibration, and environmental campaigns.
• Manage Systems Integration Laboratory operations, including material procurement, configuration management, and lab readiness.
• Develop and maintain space vehicle test procedures and AI&T planning documentation based on lessons learned.
• Analyze test results and coordinate corrective actions with engineering to ensure quality and traceability.
• Track program performance metrics and risks to provide regular status updates and mitigation strategies to leadership.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Experience leading integration and test activities for space payloads, spacecraft buses, or other complex aerospace systems (preferred).
• Background in developing or executing verification and validation plans for hardware involving environmental testing, functional testing, or space-qualification processes (preferred).
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software subsystems commonly used in space hardware and how they interact during integration (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
