Scientist, Integration and Test Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead and optimize integration and test operations across multiple F35 and Advanced Mission Technologies programs.
• Develop enterprise-wide test strategies, verification approaches, and integration roadmaps in collaboration with program management.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Integration and Test Engineering team to ensure technical accuracy and safety standards.
• Analyze Units Under Test (UUTs) to develop test cases and implement fault detection and isolation testing.
• Develop test set software on Versatile Depot Automated Test Set (VDATS) and support the design of Interface Test Adapters.
• Translate system-level requirements into actionable integration strategies and detailed test procedures for electrical systems.
• Track program performance, risks, and milestones while communicating mitigation plans to internal leadership and external customers.
• Support business pursuits by contributing to technical proposal reviews and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience, a Master's degree and 10 years of experience, or 16 years of experience without a degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading integration and test activities for military avionics systems.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Earned Value Management processes and variance reporting.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance.
• Active US Secret security clearance (preferred).
• Experience with automated test equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, and VDATS or similar automated test systems (preferred).
• Proficiency in LabVIEW, LabWindows CVI, Python, C, C++, Rust, or other scripting/programming languages (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
