What you'll do

Lead integration and test activities for sub-component hardware at both subassembly and system levels.
Develop, analyze, and execute test plans to validate performance against design criteria and reliability standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues during testing using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Integrate and test critical RF receive/transmit components and assemblies into larger systems.
Document and report detailed test results, procedures, and specifications to relevant stakeholders.
Resolve nonconformances using structured root-cause and corrective-action methodologies.
Interpret and edit engineering drawings or schematics to perform technical work duties.
Support all phases of the product life cycle including design, manufacturing, verification, and delivery.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience, a graduate degree and 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
Active US DOD Secret Clearance.
Experience with MIL-STD-810 environmental testing standards and procedures (preferred).
Experience with ground communication networks and associated infrastructure (preferred).
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for complex technical systems (preferred).
Hardware Integration and Test experience (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
