What you'll do

Apply security engineering methods to the architecture, design, and integration of systems and networks.
Prepare Certification and Accreditation documentation using RMF and derivative processes like JSIG and ICD-503.
Certify Cryptographic High Assurance Devices and manage high assurance products for IASRD and SERD requirements.
Use cyber defense and vulnerability assessment tools such as ACAS and SCC to monitor system environments.
Assess security and privacy controls in embedded systems using NIST 800-53 standards.
Provide DoD software selection and approval processes for COTS, GOTS, and FOSS components.
Develop Program Protection Plans, Cybersecurity Strategies, and Security Classification Guides to safeguard critical information.
Conduct trade studies and perform verification and validation activities for security architecture improvements.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience, a Graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or no degree and 10 years of experience are required.
A minimum of a Collateral Secret security clearance is required.
Experience with High Assurance products, IASRD, and SERD requirements is required.
Experience using cyber defense and vulnerability assessment tools such as ACAS and SCC is required.
Proficiency in Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation and authorization processes is required.
Ability to assess security and privacy controls in embedded systems using NIST 800-53 is required.
Top Secret/SCI with an active Polygraph is highly desired.
U.S. citizens.
