What you'll do

  • Lead assessment activities for security and privacy controls in embedded systems using NIST 800-53.

  • Utilize cyber defense and vulnerability assessment tools such as ACAS and SCC to secure networks.
  • Oversee DoD software selection and approval processes for COTS, GOTS, and FOSS components.
  • Develop policies and procedures for emerging security technologies and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Anti-Tamper (AT) protections throughout the system lifecycle.
  • Draft Program Protection Implementation Plans, Cybersecurity Strategies, and Security Classification Guides.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of experience, a Graduate Degree and 7 years of experience, or no degree and 13 years of experience.
  • Active Collateral Secret security clearance required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD 8140 certification (or NIST 800-181) within 6 months of start.
  • Experience leading programs through Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation and authorization processes.
  • Experience with cyber defense and vulnerability assessment tools such as ACAS and SCC.
  • Experience in DoD software selection and approval processes for COTS, GOTS, and FOSS.
  • NSA Type 1 Certification of cryptographic high assurance devices (preferred); active TS/SCI clearance (highly desired).
  • U.S. citizens.
