What you'll do

Develop and maintain LLM-native and agentic applications using frameworks like LangChain, Claude, and AWS Bedrock.
Build scalable, secure full-stack applications using Python, Java, and React JS.
Implement microservices-based solutions on the AWS cloud platform including Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB.
Manage model performance in production by monitoring drift, retraining, and implementing rollback strategies.
Execute CI/CD practices to ensure continuous integration and deployment for all software applications.
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and incident resolution for a portfolio of SaaS and in-house products.
Investigate system and data issues to develop both short-term fixes and long-term technical strategies.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 2 years of related experience in software development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java.
Proficiency in a UI framework, preferably React JS.
Solid understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with developing AI applications.
Experience building Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using tools like LangChain (preferred).
Experience with AWS Cloud services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Bedrock, or SageMaker (preferred).
Pharma/Life Sciences experience is a plus.
