Machine Learning Engineer Vice President

What you'll do

• Design and architect end-to-end platform services that integrate with Generative AI technologies.
• Develop and deploy RAG solutions using VectorRAG and GraphRAG techniques with open-source and commercial LLMs.
• Build sophisticated, automated systems by implementing Agentic AI workflows and frameworks.
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Lead rapid proof-of-concept projects to evaluate and demonstrate the feasibility of new GenAI use cases.
• Manage project deliverables from conception to deployment while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure all technical decisions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal risk management standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Software Development or a Systems Analysis role with a focus on machine learning.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Deep experience with AI/ML frameworks like Langchain and hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Proven experience building applications using LLMs for search, chat agents, and guided analytics.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools including Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API design principles, and various data storage solutions like SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with RAG techniques (VectorRAG/GraphRAG) and Agentic AI workflows to build automated systems.
