What you'll do

Support networking technologies like Spectrum-X to address customer technical challenges and requirements during pre-sales activities.
Develop proof-of-concept materials for innovative technologies to be used by early adopters.
Analyze customer needs to design and deploy groundbreaking networking platforms for AI and HPC workloads.
Resolve sophisticated and highly visible technical issues for customers.
Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new features based on customer feedback.
Define product requirements in coordination with engineering and product marketing teams.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience with real time embedded computer software.
Knowledge of Linux kernel, Ethernet, and IP protocols.
B.Sc., Masters, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Extensive knowledge in and experience with debugging issues.
Proven experience with firmware level code development for networking products.
Background with common sideband management protocols including NC-SI, MCTP, and RMII.
Coding development experience with multiple programming languages from low-level C to high-level scripts (preferred).
Knowledge in Cloud infrastructure, AI workflows, Linux Networking, and familiarity with NVIDIA DPUs, RoCE, and RDMA concepts (preferred).
