What you'll do

Reproduce and root cause sophisticated customer issues for high-performance network technologies like InfiniBand and NVLink.
Collaborate with R&D teams to develop bug fixes and workarounds for critical customers.
Analyze network performance metrics and provide tuning recommendations for lossless networks.
Develop internal tools to assist in the analysis and resolution of field issues.
Perform source code debugging and log analysis using C, Python, and AI-driven development tools.
Provide technical explanations and documentation regarding complex root causes to both internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Minimum of a BS in Computer, Electrical, or Software Engineering (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in C programming in Linux and embedded systems.
Proficiency in Python.
8+ years of experience developing software for network hardware, firmware, OS, or SDN stacks.
At least 3 years of experience directly supporting end-customers, partners, or integrators for network equipment.
Strong system software expertise including firmware, BIOS, kernel, and drivers.
Professional-level communication skills to explain complex issues to various technical audiences.
Background in AI infrastructure, HPC networking, or NVIDIA AI stacks (preferred).
