What you'll do

Provide technical mentorship to partners on gigawatt-scale networking infrastructure deployments.
Guide customers through the journey from design and build to production and post-production stabilization.
Build demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to address critical customer business needs.
Draft requirements for missing features to unblock progress for customers and partners.
Prepare and deliver technical training presentations and workshops to educate customers on new networking solutions.
Create collateral and reference architectures for AI Factory networking configurations.
Partner with internal engineering and product teams to secure design wins at customer sites.
Enable product feature development through customer feedback and POC evaluations.

What we're looking for

MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or other Engineering fields or equivalent experience.
10+ years of hands-on validated technical experience in Ethernet Networking technologies for HPC or AI computing clusters.
Systems engineering, coding, and debugging skills including experience with C/C++, Linux kernels, and drivers.
Practical knowledge of Data Center topologies, routing and switching protocols, and Ethernet Networking Protocols.
Knowledge of Slurm job scheduling and the related implications on the networking fabrics.
System level understanding of server architecture, PCIe devices, NICs, Linux OS, and kernel drivers.
Understanding of telemetry open source interfaces (e.g., gNMI) and dashboards (e.g., Grafana).
Networking certificates such as CCIE (written and lab) (preferred).
