What you'll do

Support Spectrum-X networking technologies and address customer technical challenges during pre-sales activities.
Develop proof-of-concept materials for innovative technologies to support early adopters.
Design and deploy cutting-edge NVIDIA networking platforms for AI and HPC workloads.
Resolve sophisticated and highly-visible customer issues.
Work with R&D teams to develop new features based on customer needs.
Define product requirements in coordination with engineering and product marketing teams.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience with computer software.
B.Sc, Masters, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of Linux kernel, Ethernet, and IP protocols.
Extensive knowledge in and experience debugging issues involving Ethernet Switches/Routers and network protocols in the L2 to L4 layers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and directly with customers.
Coding development experience with multiple programming languages from low-level C to high-level languages like Perl, Python, and shell scripts (preferred).
Knowledge in Cloud infrastructure, AI workflows, Linux Networking, and Ethernet/Infiniband switches, RoCE, and RDMA concepts (preferred).
