The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in networking fundamentals, extensive hands-on expertise with scalable data center architectures, proficiency in BGP, VxLAN, EVPN, and Linux administration, as well as strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts effectively.

What you'll do

Provide Ethernet and routing expertise during project delivery for data center networks.
Design, architect, configure, and test Ethernet networking solutions for server infrastructure builds.
Craft and evaluate DevOps automation scripts for network operations and switch fabric configurations.
Implement tasks related to network configuration and validation in data centers.
Create Methods of Procedure and deployment documents for customer projects.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent with 10+ years of networking expertise.
Expert-level proficiency in BGP, VxLAN, EVPN, and advanced network troubleshooting skills using packet analysis tools (8+ years).
Strong Linux administration background including kernel drivers, PCIe devices, system diagnostics, and computer hardware architecture (6+ years).
Experience designing and building scalable data center compute clusters with CLOS and spine-leaf architectures (5+ years).
Direct customer-facing experience in network requirement gathering, project planning, deployment, and consulting roles (4+ years).
Proficiency in network automation using Ansible, Salt, Python scripting, and Kubernetes/Docker.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
