What you'll do

Design and architect next-generation networking solutions for large-scale GPU clusters and enterprise AI infrastructure.
Provide technical guidance to field teams on cluster design, performance optimization, and network topology.
Translate complex engineering concepts into customer-ready documentation, diagrams, and reference materials.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to relay customer feedback regarding networking development and workflows.
Perform hands-on debugging of network build, configuration, and performance issues for field teams.
Validate and optimize end-to-end cluster designs using technologies like InfiniBand, Spectrum-X, and NVLink.
Support the successful first deployment of new products and complex network architectures for customers.

What we're looking for

BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in network architecture, network design, network validation, and troubleshooting.
Proven expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems, AI clusters, or HPC infrastructure.
Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into customer-ready documentation, diagrams, and reference materials.
Experience leading large-scale AI Factory or HPC cluster bring-ups or builds.
Hands-on experience with NVIDIA networking products including Infiniband, Spectrum-X, and BlueField.
Knowledge of NCCL, MPI, and collective communication patterns in distributed training as they relate to networking.
Background in network performance optimization, congestion control, and validation at scale.
