Senior Solutions Architect, Cluster Design and Architecture, Networking

What you'll do

• Design and architect next-generation networking solutions for large-scale AI and HPC clusters.
• Optimize network topologies and perform performance modeling for thousands of connected GPUs.
• Guide field teams and customers on cluster design principles and situational limitations.
• Support successful first deployments of new network architectures and products for customers.
• Debug network build, configuration, and performance issues using internal engineering expertise.
• Translate complex engineering concepts into customer-ready documentation, diagrams, and reference materials.
• Provide feedback to engineering teams regarding networking development and customer workflows.

What we're looking for

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in network architecture, network design, network validation, and troubleshooting.
• Proven expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems, AI clusters, or HPC infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into customer-ready documentation, diagrams, and reference material.
• Experience leading large-scale AI Factory or HPC cluster bring-ups or builds (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA networking products including Infiniband, Spectrum-X, and BlueField (preferred).
• Knowledge of NCCL, MPI, and collective communication patterns in distributed training (preferred).
• Background in network performance optimization, congestion control, and validation at scale (preferred).
