Senior Solutions Architect, Developer Platform

What you'll do

• Develop and own the technical strategy for Developer Platform customers and partners across the APJC region.
• Translate complex business, security, and operational requirements into scalable architectures on the Cloudflare platform.
• Lead architecture discovery sessions, technical workshops, proofs of concept, and production-readiness discussions.
• Advise executive stakeholders on application modernization, distributed systems, AI architecture, and platform strategy.
• Create reusable reference architectures, standard guidelines, and governance patterns for the regional field organization.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot representative applications and integrations to remain hands-on with the technology.
• Serve as a technical leader through public speaking, written guidance, and internal enablement programs.
• Establish feedback loops between customers and product teams to turn regional needs into actionable product recommendations.

What we're looking for

• Substantial experience in solutions architecture, software engineering, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing role (typically ).
• Professional fluency in English and at least one major language spoken in India to lead executive discussions.
• Experience owning complex technical strategies involving developers, infrastructure teams, security stakeholders, and senior executives.
• Deep knowledge of distributed application architecture including compute, storage, networking, security, reliability, and observability.
• Hands-on software development experience to build or review production-quality applications and proofs of concept.
• Proficiency with modern web technologies and at least one major programming ecosystem, preferably JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of serverless/cloud-native architectures and at least one major public cloud platform.
• Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
