What you'll do

Reproduce and resolve sophisticated customer issues related to network and AI cluster technologies.
Collaborate with R&D teams to develop bug fixes and workarounds for critical customers.
Serve as a technical authority on high-speed interconnects like InfiniBand, NVLink, and Spectrum-X.
Analyze network performance metrics and provide tuning recommendations for high-performance, lossless networks.
Develop tools to analyze and root cause field issues in production environments.
Perform source code debugging and log analysis using C, Python, and AI development tools.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science in Computer, Electrical, or Software Engineering (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in C or Python development on Linux platforms.
8+ years of experience developing, testing, and debugging software for network hardware, firmware, OS, or SDN stacks.
At least 3 years of experience directly supporting end-customers, partners, or integrators for network equipment and infrastructures.
Expertise in system software including firmware, BIOS, kernel, drivers, and operating systems.
Professional-level communication skills with the ability to tailor technical information to various audiences.
Experience developing drivers or firmware for switch and NIC ASICs (preferred).
Background in AI infrastructure, HPC networking, InfiniBand, DPUs, or NVIDIA AI stacks (preferred).
