What we're looking for

B.A./B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience developing embedded networking software for switches, routers, or NICs.
Strong programming skills in C and Python on Linux.
Leadership in AI-native software development.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving networking issues.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
A track record of autonomous and successful delivery under challenging conditions.
Experience in data center network engineering, Ethernet protocols, or NVIDIA networking technologies (preferred).
