Senior Solution Architect, Salesforce

What you'll do

• Lead the architecture, governance, and evolution of the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem.
• Define and enforce standards for scalable solution design, integration patterns, and data strategy.
• Establish protocols for security, DevOps, and release readiness across the platform.
• Provide technical leadership and expert guidance on software designs and system architecture to IT staff.
• Analyze business requirements and processes to provide recommendations for future architectural plans.
• Oversee project outcomes including hardware and software design to ensure they meet all requirements.
• Resolve complex technical issues through requirement analysis and project supervision.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree is typically required for this role.
• Candidates should have 8 or more years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience in Salesforce development and platform architecture is preferred.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and data strategies is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) is a preferred competency.
• Proficiency in risk assessment and managing business objectives within an Enterprise Risk Management Framework is required.
• Ability to design complex system architectures, software designs, and technical solutions is required.
• Strong skills in analytical thinking, problem solving, and strategic planning are required.
