Senior Solution Architect, Agentic AI

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end reference architectures for agentic AI including topology, tool integration, and knowledge retrieval.
• Select and justify specific agentic patterns like RAG, multi-agent handoff, and reasoning loops based on business requirements.
• Lead engineering teams through the full lifecycle from local development to production deployment on Azure or Power Platform.
• Evaluate and select appropriate frameworks such as LangGraph, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Agent Framework for each engagement.
• Act as the primary AI architecture authority during client discovery workshops and technical roadmap sessions.
• Develop reusable practice assets including playbooks, reference architectures, and accelerators for rapid proof-of-concept delivery.
• Implement responsible AI guardrails, production readiness standards, and evaluation frameworks across all deployments.

What we're looking for

• Must have 8+ years of experience in cloud solution architecture.
• Must have 2+ years of experience designing and delivering agentic AI systems in production or near-production environments.
• Must possess Azure certifications AI-102 and AZ-900.
• Experience with both pro-code agentic systems (Azure AI Foundry, MAF) and low-code automation platforms (Copilot Studio, Power Platform).
• Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of the Azure AI Foundry SDK and Azure OpenAI SDK.
• Experience with RAG retrieval pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, reasoning loops, and multi-turn conversation design.
• Client-facing delivery experience in a consulting or professional services context.
