Senior Software Engineer in Test

What you'll do

• Create and execute test cases for complex feature enhancements to validate user stories.
• Build and maintain stable, scalable automated test suites in production environments.
• Analyze test results to identify areas for increased automated coverage.
• Determine test coverage for new features and provide sign-off for releases based on best practices.
• Utilize network monitoring tools and debug logs to validate acceptance criteria and assist developers with troubleshooting.
• Provide documentation for new features and requirements from a testing perspective.
• Take ownership of regression testing and release testing coordination.
• Influence team processes by documenting the impact and severity of bugs and performance issues.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in various test activities including automation, regression, UI, and API testing.
• Experience driving test design and implementation.
• Ability to write high-quality and stable automated test cases using existing frameworks.
• Understanding of test cases, test data, test runs, and test results management to quantify test coverage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams across multiple time zones and locations.
• Ability to review automated test run results, triage failures, and verify results.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or Java.
• Proficiency in Selenium or Appium for UI and mobile automation.
• Proficiency in Jenkins or GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Proficiency in GitHub or SVN for source code management.
• Proficiency in Jira, TestRail, or Qmetry for test case management.
• Good understanding of digital product development and testing for web, mobile, and backend services.
• Ability to scout emerging industry trends such as AI testing (preferred).
