What we're looking for

BS, MS, PhD or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
6+ years of C++ software development experience

Expertise in VLSI physical design algorithms and tools like ICC2, Innovus
Experience in high-performance software design including multithreading and distributed computing
Passion for solving complex optimization challenges and improving PPA
