What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Master's degree and 6+ years of experience in C++ or C#, or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in multiple programming languages.
Experience designing, implementing, debugging, and shipping software using modern C++.
Expertise in building native Windows applications, platform components, services, or systems-level software.
Deep knowledge of Windows technologies including Win32, WinRT, COM, RPC, and core Windows APIs.
Proficiency in debugging multi-process, multi-threaded, performance-critical code involving memory, concurrency, and latency.
Experience with networking, authentication, identity (Microsoft Entra ID, MSAL), and remote desktop or virtualization technologies.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
