What we're looking for
4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent through work, training, military service, or education.
4+ years of software development experience architecting and developing frontend and backend applications using modern languages like Java, C#, or JavaScript.
3+ years of experience developing stateful software with relational or non-relational databases.
3+ years of experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitHub Actions, Harness, GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
2+ years of experience building, deploying, and supporting containerized applications on platforms like OpenShift, AKS, GKE, EKS, or Kubernetes.
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, event-driven services, and microservice-based architectures.
6+ months of experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and/or agentic workflows in generative AI application development.
Golang software development experience (preferred); Temporal.io development experience (preferred).
