What you'll do

Assess gaps between business expectations and existing products to classify requirements and anticipate solution risks.
Create user stories and convert high-level designs into detailed functional logic using mock screens and pseudo codes.
Develop minimalistic code for components that meet high-availability, high-scalability, and non-functional requirements.
Build scripts to automate repetitive tasks in CI/CD pipelines, testing processes, and other routine workflows.
Implement telemetry features and ensure security policy requirements are applied during code development.
Identify, create, and execute test cases to detect defects and perform regression testing for all code changes.
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and conduct complex maintenance procedures for applications independently.
Monitor application performance by tracking metrics and analyzing logs to perform corrective and perfective maintenance.

What we're looking for

Master's degree in a related field and 1 year of software engineering experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience.
Experience developing scalable server-side applications using Python and Java.
Experience designing scalable system architectures and technical diagrams using object-oriented programming and software design principles.
Experience designing and implementing RESTful microservices using Python.
Experience integrating with and fine-tuning relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Experience building responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and cloud services including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Experience using automation testing tools like Soap UI and frameworks like JUnit.
