What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 4+ years of experience coding in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Rust (or equivalent).
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check requirements.
5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering production features (preferred).
Proficiency in programming and application engineering within large TypeScript and Rust codebases (preferred).
Experience leading technical design and hands-on delivery for complex projects involving multiple contributors (preferred).
Ability to translate ambiguous user problems into practical, maintainable solutions through product and engineering judgment (preferred).
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across team boundaries and mentor others (preferred).
Experience with interactive applications, API design, AI coding tools, or open-source projects (preferred).
