As a Senior Software Engineer - Responsible AI - CoreAI, you will join the Responsible AI group to identify, measure, mitigate, and monitor risks in AI-generated and human-generated content across text, image, audio, video, and multimodal formats. What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
4+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check and other required security screenings.
4+ years of technical engineering experience designing and delivering highly available, large-scale cloud services and distributed systems (preferred).
2+ years of technical engineering experience with machine learning model development, release, and operations (preferred).
Depth of knowledge in software architecture, design tradeoffs, and mature DevOps culture practices (preferred).
Experience using artificial intelligence tools and practices across the software development lifecycle (preferred).
Experience in AI safety, inference systems, evaluation infrastructure, or deployment automation (preferred).
